PRICING POLICY

However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed including VAT. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including VAT at the current.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND PAYMENT
Deliveries can only be made within the UK, Europe and Africa.
§ UK and Ireland Standard delivery: stated on the product page - delivery should normally take in 3 working days.
§ Europe: stated on the product page – delivery should normally take 1 week
Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed.
We accept payment by debit or credit card and PayPal only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before despatch of the Product to You.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
RETURNS
In rare cases, due to your mis-measurement of sizes and misunderstanding of the product without reading the description, you may cancel and return the product back to us within 14 days of purchase, then, considering the immense job in the heavy and huge box-packaging, we inform you that:
1) we shall refund fully deducting the actual delivery cost when it returns in their original packaging, in an unused condition,
2) the return delivery cost is also borne by the customer, and,
3) the 10% handling charge of the product price shall be deducted from the full refund due to the heavy packaging labour cost.
